Sonoma Seminar, Sommelier Union

California Wines Europe organized an online seminar for the German Sommelier Union, moderated by Konstantin Baum MW at four of Germany’s main chapters. 70 German sommeliers attended and had the opportunity to taste the diversity in Pinot Noirs, partly provided through the Sonoma County Vintners. Wines featured Red Car, Walt, Patz&Hall, Freeman, Twomey, Senses, Hirsch, and Schug. Two more sessions are planned with the Somm Associations in Berlin (Restaurant Tante Fichte) and Munich (Restaurant Guido al Duomo).
