Denmark, Masterclass Green California

The Masterclass “Green California” took place in Silkeborg with the participation of 40 persons from the HoReca sector. The speaker was our Capstone Educator, René Langdahl. The focus was on the different green choices the winemakers had made and why.

Wineries that had their wines tasted: Marimar Estate, Grgich, Emeritus, Bonny Doon, Tablas Creek, Ridge, Langetwins, Hope, Frog’s Leap, Coppola, Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars, Acumen, and Paul Hobbs.

The Masterclass “Green California” was followed by an importer-led walk-around tasting. Six importers participated: KK Wine, Haller Vine, Hans Just, Gallovini A/S, Kautz Family Wines, and Husted Vin.
