Maximize your time at the 2024 Export Program Annual Meeting by pre-booking “Rep Consultations” and planning your schedule. There will be a total of 90 minutes during breakouts.

Drop-In Sessions

No pre-registration required for “Drop-in Sessions”.
Take advantage of a chance to learn more about upcoming program plans and member opportunities in specific markets of interest.

Rep Consultations (10 minute blocks)

Pre-book 10-minute meetings with any of the CA Wines reps.
This is a great opportunity to ask market-specific questions about your existing or developing business.
We highly encourage you to make the most of this time by planning ahead and coming prepared with your questions. 

Please be mindful not to book “Rep Consultations” during the “Drop-in Sessions” you plan to attend.

Regional Program Plans & Member Opportunities 2024/2025 – 15 mins

  • Location: Sonoma Ballroom
  • Description: Overview of regional plans to promote CA Wines, including upcoming opportunities for members.
  • Schedule:
    • 2:30pm – Europe/Africa with Paul Molleman & Marco Tiggelman
    • 2:45pm – Canada with Danielle Giroux & Paula Oreskovich
    • 3:00pm – Greater China & Southeast Asia (GCSEA) with Christopher Beros
    • 3:15pm – Mexico with Adriana Cadena

Making the Most of your Membership – 20 mins

  • Location: Magnolia
  • Description: Current members and curious wineries are encouraged to attend this session with Diane and Kate to learn more about member benefits, and useful tools & resources.
  • Schedule:
    • Offered three times at 2:30pm, 3:00pm, 3:30pm

Tips for Navigating WUSATA – 20 mins

  • Location: Olive (upstairs)
  • Description: Hear directly from Western United States Agricultural Trade Association (WUSATA) staff about how you can access financial support while promoting your products internationally.
  • Schedule:
    • Offered three times at 2:30pm, 3:00pm, 3:30pm

rep consultation booking

Location: All “Rep Consultations” will be held in the Blue Oak room.

  • When you book below, please share the general topic or specific question you would like to discuss (i.e., need a new importer, new to market, etc.).
  • Please be mindful not to book “Rep Consultations” during the “Drop-in Sessions” that you plan to attend.
  • The booking system does not detect double bookings for the same time block.
  • Upon booking each meeting, you will receive a confirmation email.
  • We recommend adding the meeting to your calendar when prompted.
  • You may book multiple “Rep Consultations”, but you may only book one meeting at a time.
  • Some reps will be available for individual meetings, while others will be holding small group meetings.
