We are pleased
to announce that Wine Institute will be sponsoring a California pavilion at
VINEXPO Asia-Pacific 2008 to be held in Hong Kong May 27-29.

The California
Pavilion will be approximately 200 – 250 sq. meters and the common space will
consist of: Wine Institute’s information booth, tasting bar (if there is
sufficient interest), hospitality area with tables and one partitioned
conference room with tables and chairs, kitchen and office area with computer,
printer and internet connection. Each booth (regardless of size) will have a
tasting bar, 25 glasses per 9 sq. meters with twice-daily cleaning,
refrigerator, bar stools, table, chairs, carpet, display facilities, lights,
signage, a lockable cabinet and storage and include daily cleaning.

The cost of the
booth is:

• $650 per square meter for
  booth space and construction which includes use of common areas and
  resources, and shipment of product samples (from our appointed freight
  forwarder’s point of consolidation in California to the California pavilion
  at Vinexpo Hong Kong).

• $1,075 Vinexpo
  registration fee per exhibitor, to include listing in the official Vinexpo
  catalogue and in the Wine Institute show catalogue, invitations and internet
  link between Vinexpo and exhibitors’ websites.

• We will offer a tasting
  bar-only participation option at a cost of $1,625 for wineries exhibiting 2
  brands or less with a direct winery representative (no importers) and will
  include shipping. (This option will only be offered if there is sufficient
  winery interest.)
